Who We Are

Heaven Sent Roofing is a local family-owned roofing company located in Tampa, FL. Heaven Sent Roofing was founded by Florida native Francisco Diaz who has been in the construction industry since his youth. Our vision is to be kingdom leaders in providing residents and property owners in the Tampa Bay Area with our highest level of workmanship and accountability as we oversee every detail of our projects, from planning to completion.

Our company believes in giving back to the community through community service projects and events. We have established a youth discipleship program for young individuals to learn the trades of roofing and wholesale construction and how to interact in the professional world. We help give them the tools to succeed in all future ventures.

For 17 years, we have worked hard to provide the best roofing services in the Tampa Bay Area, earning ourselves certifications as a Tamko Pro Contractor and a Polyglass Pro Contractor. We also hold a 5-star rating on Google and have an A+ BBB Accredited rating.

Our Team

Francisco

Francisco Diaz currently serves as a general manger.

He has had a passion for roofing and construction since the age of 15, when he began an apprenticeship in roofing and construction, quickly realizing his gifts and talents. As his passion for roofing and construction grew, clients began requesting him by name even though he was still a teenager. His creativity and knowledge in the trade continued and Heaven Sent Roofing and Construction were founded in 2006. He entered into new ventures, culminating into the leader he is today.

Jessica

Jessica serves as the Office Manager, known for her detail-oriented and friendly approach. With a deep passion for helping others, particularly within at-risk communities, she is dedicated to providing exceptional support to both the team and clients. Her commitment ensures a welcoming and efficient environment where everyone feels valued and well-cared for.

Giovanni

As the Project Manager, Giovanni is a true people person with an approachable attitude that makes working with him a pleasure. He excels at fostering strong relationships with both clients and the team, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, making sure everyone feels heard and valued throughout the process.

Erica

As our Administrative Assistant, Erica comes to Heaven Sent Roofing with over a decade of customer service experience and passion for helping others.

The greater purpose of making a difference in our community, is the driving force behind her work ethic. On her free time, Erica can be found reading, singing and enjoying time with her family.

Jady

Jady, our Administrative Assistant, brings a fresh perspective and sharp skills with technology to the team. Her eagerness to learn and her genuine desire to help others make her an invaluable asset to our office. Jady’s ability to adapt quickly and efficiently handle administrative tasks ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her positive attitude and dedication to supporting both our team and clients set her apart.

Preston

Preston, our Field Operations Coordinator, is a soft-spoken and well-mannered professional dedicated to ensuring every project runs seamlessly. With his excellent organizational skills and calm demeanor, Preston expertly manages schedules, coordinates on-site activities, and oversees daily operations to maintain quality and efficiency. His commitment to clear communication and attention to detail helps us deliver exceptional results to our clients every time.
