Parts of the roof on my job needed a larger slope and there was extreme damage on the property of the roof they were replacing. They took the time to document all damages and show me where extra wood was needed as they progressed through the job!
The customer service they provide is second to none and they ensured everything was also handled with the HOA as far as approved color choices, shingles etc 💥
It’s so important to make sure that permits are pulled and final inspections are handled properly when you replace a roof on a home or an investment property because this affects the value of the property! 👊
