- Best experience I could of had while getting a new roof put on. The price was great and the people were even better. From the very start they spent a good amount of time talking to me about what I was looking for, explaining how they go … More about the job and all the details. Leaving me with the information I needed and the time to make my own decision, no pressure. After agreeing to the work, I was contacted daily to keep me up on what was next, and someone was always available if I had any questions. The crew worked hard, staying till 8:00pm just to get the job done. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful job they did and the beautiful new roof I have now, The new Owens Corning Designer shingles with all the greens & yellows, really go well with my green house. Best decision I could've made.
- What a great experience.
Francisco and his team stayed in touch with me through the whole process. Let me know when they were going to be there. They worked really hard at making sure every part of the job went seamlessly. I will definitely … More be passing out his information to any buddy that needs a roof or repair.
Thanks again Francisco and Heaven Sent Roofing. Truly Haven’t Sent - Florida native here. Bought a house in St. Pete after High School instead of going off to college. I put a new roof on it when I moved in. I have worked and lived here ever since. It's my forever home, I am never leaving.
Nearly thirty-five … More years of sun, humidity and of course Hurricanes had taken it's toll on my house's roof, it was finally failing. I found a small leak that turned out to be from a hole, there was storm damage all over my roof. I feared my house would not survive another Hurricane season. I used to work for a contractor who I consider my brother. I called him up for advice... He called Heaven Sent.
Heaven sent saved my house with a wonderful new OC Duration roof. The entire process was understandable, up-front, honest and professional. I was quoted a fair price for the roof and given some upgrade options without any pressure or persuasion. I picked the roof from their options and Heaven Sent arrived. The communication from every Heaven-Sent staff member I came in contact with was amazing. It was like dealing with family.
To every member of Heaven Sent I dealt with I want to express my gratitude Jessica, Erica, Giovanni (his 4-member crew on my roof), Francisco. Thank you, for saving my home! If anyone ever reads this, who needs a roof, don't take a chance... just get Heaven Sent! - I don't write a lot of reviews, but Heaven Sent Roofing went above and beyond to give me an amazing roof replacement experience. My roof was old and was leaking in the same spot after multiple repairs from other roofing companies. … More We got several estimates for repairing/replacing our roof and Heaven Sent Roofing gave us a free estimate and a very reasonable quote. Then they got us on their schedule almost immediately and replaced the entire roof in ONE DAY. When they tore off the old roof, the owner called me personally and explained the importance of hurricane clips, which I had originally declined. He said I could save $$$ on my home insurance if I put them in. I called my insurance guy and he confirmed that I will save almost the entire cost of the clips ($1k) in a rebate from my insurance company THIS YEAR. Then I will save almost double that cost for the next several years moving forward. Making a quick call to explain that to me saved me literally thousands of dollars and showed me that the owner of Heaven Sent Roofing truly cares about his clients. He also provided several updates and pictures throughout the day. Several of my neighbors asked for my roofing company's contact info after seeing how professional, organized, and quick the team was. Did I mention they did the whole thing in one day?! They even went around with a metal detector after to pick up any stray nails. And then they sent a home inspector to do a complementary wind mitigation report to give to my insurance company. I truly could not have been more impressed or happy with this experience and will be a Heaven Sent Roofing customer for life!!
